Kendall Jenner Dazzles in 250 Carats of Emeralds for Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s Wedding

Kendall Jenner dazzled at Lauren Sánchez and Jeff Bezos’s wedding.

On Friday, June 27, the model, 29, stepped out for the pair’s nuptials alongside her sister Kylie Jenner. Kendall opted for an elegant black dress and scarf, adding a pop of color with a whopping 250 carats of Lorraine Schwartz Colombian Emeralds.

The necklace features 110 carats of Colombian emeralds with a 65-carat pear-shaped drop, while her earrings are 70-carat pear-shaped drops.

Kendall made sure her jewels were visible, wearing her long hair swept into a tousled updo.

Meanwhile, Kylie, 27, defied wedding guest etiquette by wearing a silvery blue corset gown that was dangerously close to white. The ensemble featured subtle cutouts under the bust, tiny black bows on the straps and a lace-up detail running down the length of the dress.

Kylie’s hair was pulled into an updo and she accessorized with 33-carat Lorraine Schwartz studs and a 25-carat Lorraine Schwartz diamond ring and sunglasses.

One day before Sánchez and Bezos said “I do,” Kylie, 27, and Kendall, 29, attended the couple’s welcome party alongside sisters Kim and Khloé Kardashian and mom Kris Jenner, who brought along Corey Gamble as her date.

Each Jenner channeled romantic Riviera style in their own way, with Kylie going for a sexy thigh-hitting sheer lace dress and Kendall opting for a summery floral halter dress.

Meanwhile, Khloé and Kim opted for even more daring numbers (the Good American founder glammed up in a gray dress with cutouts, and the SKIMS mogul turned heads in a snakeskin bodycon) as momager Kris chose a black dress with a low neckline. Back in May, Kim and Kris celebrated Sánchez’s bachelorette party at Lafayette’s in Paris.

Other stars in Italy for the journalist and Amazon founder’s ceremony are Oprah Winfrey and Gayle King, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, as well as Usher and his wife Jenn Goicoechea. Leonardo DiCaprio was also spotted leaving the Gritti Palace, and his girlfriend Vittoria Ceretti was later seen in a water taxi. Fashion designers Tommy Hilfiger and Diane von Furstenberg were on hand to celebrate the married-to-be as well.

A source told PEOPLE the couple made some last-minute changes ahead of their wedding, in light of ongoing protests that have cropped up across Venice, with posters, stickers and signs around the canal city’s historic center reading “No Space for Bezos.”

In the lead-up to the wedding, Sánchez and Bezos have kept the details of their ceremony under wraps. What is confirmed is that they tapped event planners Lanza & Baucina Limited to help stage this week’s events. The planners have, in the past, produced Venice weddings for George and Amal Clooney in 2014 and Salma Hayek and François-Henri Pinault in 2009.

A source shared an update with The Associated Press earlier this month, stating that Bezos and Sánchez are planning to source 80% of the provisions for the wedding from local vendors. Rosa Salva, the city’s oldest pastry maker, is creating goody bags for attendees, while design studio Laguna B, which is known for its colorful, hand-blown Murano glass, has been commissioned to create something for the wedding.

Additionally, guests have also been asked not to bring a gift for the couple and instead make a charitable donation to the city of Venice.
