The Duchess of Sussex shares the sweet hobby with her sister-in-law Kate Middleton

Meghan Markle’s Instagram is buzzing over her latest video featuring a special moment at home with her daughter, Princess Lilibet.
In a new post, the Duchess of Sussex walks with her daughter, who is celebrating her fourth birthday on June 4, as they approach a hive while decked out in protective beekeeper suits.
“Look at all of that fresh honeycomb! Harvesting honey with my little honey. (Like mother, like daughter; she’s even wearing my gloves),” Megan captioned the video, which was set to the track “Sugar, Sugar” by The Archies (possibly in a reference to her son, Prince Archie!).
Meghan held up a piece of honeycomb covered in bees while Lili watched from a distance.
Inside her kitchen, Meghan cut a piece of the honeycomb, placing it in a jar, into which she poured honey.
A version of the video first appeared on Meghan’s Instagram Stories on May 25 before she posted it to her main account on Tuesday, May 27.

The Duchess of Sussex showed off her beekeeping skills in an episode of her Netflix series, With Love, Meghan, which debuted in March.
“It’s like also that little reminder to do something that scares you a little bit. I think that’s part of it, but I’m trying to stay in the calm of it. Because it’s beautiful to be this connected,” she said on the show.

Meghan also shares the hobby with her sister-in-law Kate Middleton, who posted a beekeeping video on her own Instagram account this month to mark World Bee Day.
They’re not the only member of the royal family who enjoys the hobby. Queen Camilla has beehives at her home in Lacock, Wiltshire, and has served as president of Bees for Development, a charity that promotes sustainable beekeeping in developing countries, since 2020.
