Olivia Culpo’s Newborn Daughter Colette Is ‘a Really Good Baby,’ Says Her Sister Sophia: ‘I’m Obsessed’ (Exclusive)

Sophia Culpo is a proud aunt!

Speaking exclusively to PEOPLE at the Create & Cultivate Festival in Los Angeles on Saturday, July 19, the model, influencer and nutritionist, 28, opened up about her sister Olivia Culpo welcoming her first baby, Colette Annalise, with her husband Christian McCaffrey earlier this month.

“It’s the best! Best,” Sophia says of auntie life. “Newborn bubble is just like, oh my God, I just wish I could smell her right now.”

Sophia, who is youngest of the five Culpo siblings, adds that Olivia, 33, and McCaffrey, 29, have been “so good” with the sleepless nights since Colette’s arrival.

“I have to say she’s a really good baby, knock on wood,” Sophia says.

The 28-year-old went on to share that Colette isn’t sleeping through the night yet “because she still needs to be eating in those increments, but she’s great. She’s just a great baby and she’s so sweet and I’m just so obsessed with her.”

Asked if she has been giving any postpartum nutrition tips to her sister, Sophia, who has a degree in nutrition from Boston University, reveals, “Yeah, it was so funny. When I was in school, we all got a timeframe as our thesis basically, and mine ended up being maternity. It was when my older sister, Aurora, was pregnant for the first time.”

“So I actually got to learn a lot more about pregnancy and postpartum than I think some of my other classmates might have, because they might’ve got geriatric older, younger, pediatric,” Sophia tells PEOPLE. “So it was really cool for me. So I love being able to just be that little bit of information for them.”

And revealing if meeting her sister’s newborn has given her baby fever, the aunt shares, “Oh my God, it’s bad. It’s bad. I’m like, ‘No, not yet.’ I want one eventually, but not yet. Baby now? No.”

Sophia also opened up about what she looks forward to doing with Colette when she gets older.

“Honestly, I’m really looking forward to including her with our … because she’s now my fourth niece and all the girls do matching PJs at Christmas, and it’s just so cute to add another little member,” she says. “So we have a strong girl squad going. So I would say just dressing and twinning. That’s so fun. And I know my sister, Olivia, and her are going to have the cutest matching outfits.”

Meanwhile, Sophia says Olivia is enjoying being catered to following the birth of her baby.

“Oh, she’s like, ‘So you’re coming over and making me cookies tonight, right? I thought I heard you say that.’ I’m like, ‘Did I?’ But of course I will, because anything to see and cuddle my little niece and hang out with my sister,” she tells PEOPLE. “She loves having family around and she’s very much in her little bubble, which who wouldn’t be?”

Olivia and 49ers star McCaffrey announced the arrival of Colette on July 13. “Colette Annalise McCaffrey,” the joint Instagram post read alongside a white heart emoji.

Sophia meeting her niece comes after their sister Aurora, 35, revealed how Olivia hadn’t spoken to Sophia for three weeks back in May after she and Sophia missed her smaller baby shower.

According to Aurora, Olivia told her not to go to the shower since it was going to be “super small,” and since she was already going to Olivia’s other bigger baby shower in Rhode Island.

“And then I guess Sophia ended up canceling that too because she had a wedding, and she put it on us,” Aurora said. “Like, we’re the worst sisters. The bar is this low. ‘I do everything for you guys. You do nothing for me,’ which is, by the way, not true at all.”

“She still hasn’t talked to us. Well, she’s talked to me, she still hasn’t talked to Sophia,” Aurora continued. “It’s been like three weeks. She’s very pregnant and emotional. I think she’s gonna get over it. She really needs to, because she’s going to have a baby soon and then she’s going to want some help.”
